  • What services do you offer for the wedding day?

    Live music for ceremonies and receptions (aperitifs, lunch/dinner and parties), deejay service. Audio-light rental and decorative and architectural lighting setup. Rental of sparkular mini cold fountains.

  • Do you also play for events other than weddings?

    Certain! We accompany any type of event, from birthdays to graduation parties, from baptisms to funeral ceremonies.

  • How can I request a quote?

    It is preferable to make an appointment at our studio or online and provide us with all the information on how you would like the day to go.

  • How long is the performance? Are there any surcharges in case of delays?

    The duration of the performance is agreed when drafting the estimate, generally the performance covers the entire duration of the ceremony and the aperitif. A 2-hour live show is proposed for the party. In case of limited delays or prolongation of the exhibition there are no extras to pay. We work by event, not by the hour, guaranteeing a fixed price and greater hourly flexibility during the day.

  • Can I request songs not included in the repertoire?

    It is possible to personalize the ceremony with songs of your choice, even those not included in the repertoire. You can also choose the songs for some special moments such as the entrance of the bride and groom to the aperitif, the cake cutting and the first dance.

  • Is there a deadline for requesting the songs of your choice?

    All chosen songs must be communicated at least 30 days before the event.

  • Is the audio-light system and the service included?

    Yes, if you do not have a dedicated audio-lighting service, we will provide everything necessary for the exhibition and setting up of the equipment on location.

  • Are travel and accommodation expenses required?

    If the event takes place less than 40 km or 45 minutes from our headquarters, no travel costs are required. Otherwise the cost of the transfer will be included in the estimate and varies according to the distance from the group headquarters. If it is necessary for the artists to stay overnight in the area of the event, we will insert all the costs deriving from it in the estimate, immediately guaranteeing you a finished price that does not require unexpected expenses on the part of the spouses.

  • How much does wedding music cost?

    The cost of music services varies above all according to the number of musicians requested and how many moments of the day you want to accompany with music. In any case, every wedding requires specific arrangements and solutions that require the drafting of a detailed estimate, also based on the arrangement of the set-ups, the amount of audio-lighting systems needed and the location of the venue. The basic cost for a single service starts from € 500.00, while that for accompaniment throughout the day (from the ceremony to the final party) from € 2700.00.

  • What is the policy in case of cancellation of the event?

    If the cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before the event, the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation takes place in the 30 days preceding the event, 50% of the amount of the estimate must be paid. If the event is canceled in the previous 7 days, the full amount of the estimate must be paid.

  • How does SIAE work?

    The SIAE permit must be requested by the organizers (or by the spouses), before the event both in the case of live and recorded music. You can apply via the online services on the website www.siae.it or by going to the competent office in the area where the event will take place.   • Do you also supply location lighting and cool fountains for cake cutting?

    Yes. We can offer the rental of sparkular mini chilled fountains and architectural lighting for the location. We take care of setting up and dismantling the rented material, guaranteeing assistance for the entire duration of the event.

  • Do I have to ask the location something before requesting your services?

    It is necessary that the location where the exhibition will take place allows the performance of the requested services. For outdoor events it is necessary to guarantee the possibility of rescheduling the performance of the services in a covered structure in case of bad weather. Any regulations of the location must be submitted to us before the assignment is given. If the location requires that only the audio system present in the structure be used, we reserve the right to verify that it is suitable for live musical performance. It is necessary that the professionals have access to the location at least 2-3 hours before the arrival of the guests.

  • How do you make the payment?

    We require the payment of a deposit at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 7 days after the end of the event by bank transfer, card, check or cash (within the limits of the law). Upon request, it is also possible to pay the balance in 3 instalments, at no additional cost.

  • How do I book your services?

    To confirm our services, the signing of the contract and the payment of the deposit are required.
