During voice-centered music therapy sessions, singing and voice are fundamental. The latter are tools that are naturally part of us, of our nature and of our evolution. Their resonances on our "body envelope" help to recognize and release fears, emotions, tensions and to facilitate psycho-physical well-being.

Music therapy in brief
The term music therapy comes from the union of the words "music" and "therapy". The latter term derives from the Greek “therapeia” which means “I take care”, “assistance” and has a broad meaning that indicates a process of transformation.
The music therapist "takes care", is "at the service" of the user through music, sound, vibrations. In particular, sound becomes a means of relation between the operator and the customer to facilitate the relations of the latter with the world and with others.
The beneficial effects of music are manifold because our own body is vibration and sound, vibrating with it, can solicit our energies.
The music therapist can work in various fields including rehabilitation, therapeutic, preventive and well-being.
